| 2.4 | In the unlikely event that we discover an item you have ordered has been priced incorrectly, we will inform you by email and give you the option to accept the product at the new price, or to cancel the order. We will not to dispatch the order if the price is incorrect. If you have completed your transaction in accordance to the incorrect pricing we will refund you the full amount, in compliance with these terms. |

| 2.6 | You and Sparkle Equine will be liable under these terms for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable result of a relevant breach of contract. |

3. Order Processing
| 3.1 | Payment |
| 3.1.1 | All credit and debit cards will be charged prior to the despatch of the order from our premises. All shown prices are inclusive of VAT and no hidden or delivery charges are added. |
| 3.1.2 | Payment of goods is required at the checkout area of the website, you will be required to enter your credit or debit card details at the time of checkout. |
| 3.1.3 | If you are unable to complete the transaction on our website, we may end this contract. |
| 3.2 | Delivery |
| 3.2.1 | Your order delivery may be delayed if the item you ordered is not in stock. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock. |
| 3.2.2 | No delivery activity will take place until we have received the payment in advance prior to delivery. |
| 3.2.3 | If your order has not been received within 14 days of despatch date, you must inform us via the contact us section of the website. We shall make investigations with the relevant courier service. If your order cannot be traced under any circumstances, we will declare it as "lost delivery" and we will refund or credit your account in full for items paid. |
5. Your Right To Cancel
| 5.1 | To cancel orders you must inform us via your account area before the expiry period of 7 business days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive your order. This notice will cancel the contract between you and Sparkle Equine. On the receipt of confirming your cancellation, we will refund or credit your account with the amount paid for the items by you, within 30 days of cancellation less delivery costs. |
| 5.2 | If you cancel after you have received the order, you must return the items in their original condition, by the allocated time and in accordance with our returns policy. If under any circumstances, the items are damaged during transit, you will be liable to cover the costs of the items, payable to us. |
| 5.5.1 | You must ensure that you send it to the correct address stated and that a sufficient amount of postage is paid. |
| 5.6 | We reserve the right to refuse the return of item(s) if they are not in a satisfactory condition for resale, or if you have failed to follow instructions for returning the item to us. |

| 6.1 | We want to make sure you receive the best possible online shopping experience. We will treat all complaints as high priority and we will investigate these complaints to the fullest extent and aim to resolve them within 5 business days from the date of complaint made. |
